The principle of operation of the systems when measuring the speed of the vehicle in the control zone by video frames is based on measuring the distance traveled by the vehicle in the system control zone for a certain time interval.
The principle of operation of systems when measuring the speed of a vehicle in a controlled area using video frames is based on the measurement of the time taken by the given vehicle to overcome the section of the path. The length of the section is the sum of the distance between the points of location of the systems determined during installation and the measured path of the vehicle in the control zones of the systems at the entrance and exit from the site. The transit time is defined as the difference between the moments of vehicle fixation by the systems.
The principle of operation of systems when measuring the speed of a vehicle in the control zone by the radar method is based on measuring the frequency difference of high-frequency signals upon reflection from a vehicle located in the control zone (Doppler effect).
The principle of operation of systems in measuring the values of the current time and coordinates is based on the parallel reception and processing of signals from navigation spacecraft of space navigation systems GPS using a receiver included in the systems, automatic synchronization of the time scale of the systems with the UTC time scale, and recording the current moment of time and coordinates in the saved photo and video frames generated by the system.
Structurally, the systems are produced in two modifications, which differ in the presence of a radar module and the location of the IR illuminator.
System modifications are designated "B" and "P".
